I ordered 2 pillows only one came in, very disapointed !

It’s ok

The pillow is too soft in a way, even after adding the extra stuffing. I like the cooling factor, but I like the basic firm pillows that I have had for like 10 years. But if you like softer pillows, this is a great option!

I came across this company through an app I use for exercise.The pillow is wonderful! It does what it says. I've tried other cooling pillows and none of them compare to this! It is worth every penny I spent.
